Avoid this Arby's at all cost!!!
Food was very good. The manger was very nice and has good rapport with customers and team members.
Being in the service industry myself I find it unacceptable to back talk customer for any reason.
Ice machine broken. We were not informed when ordering drinks that they would be hot. Roast beef sandwich had only half bun , I guess they got to busy to finish making the sandwich before putting it in the box.
Had a horrible time at Arby's today. I waited 15 minutes in line, while being ignored with five other people in line. No orders were taken in the 15 minutes, while the drive-thru kept moving. After placing my order I received my food (a regular roast beef sandwich) immediately. Which leads me to believe that had my order been taken in a timely manner I would have had more than two minutes to eat my lunch before I had to go back to work. After I pointed this out to the cashier he said some smart comment about not having enough staff.
My family and I had been in the car for about six hours driving back to Ohio. We stopped in this Arby's for a quick bite before making the final leg of our trip. I headed to the restroom and my family ordered. So when I came out I ordered for myself. The cashier was friendly and when I ordered the medium fry, suggested that the small fry and drink were only a dollar right now to which I had said " I am not paying it so the medium will do!" The cashier laugh and asked my name to call for when my food was done. I was sitting with my family, chatting and playing on phone. My name gets called and I get my food. The other cashier says here you go and I thank her. I am about to dig in when who I am assuming is the manager comes over and proceeds to apologize. I look at her startled like oh no did I grab the wrong food or something? She then says "I am so sorry that you had to wait for your food. Please take these tickets as our apology." I take to two free meal tickets and say no problem not really understanding. I am thinking was I waiting long, it could have only been about 5-10 minutes. I have waiting longer for a doctors visit. This Arby's knows customer service! While I feel like I didn't deserve the tickets because I didn't think I had waited long I do appreciate the gesture. Everyone was super nice and friendly, bathrooms werent bad. Overall I would recommend the Arby's in Salem, IL.
I visited this location last week. I spend twenty dollars on two combos. I get home food is incorrect. I called and let them know. They offered me a free combo on my next visit. I visited today and got my free combo and two additional chicken sliders. The piece of chicken on the slider was smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. Service is awful!! Will not visit this location again. Former employee btw!!
The food was good as it should be and you would expect from a fast food chain the only reason I gave it a second star.
