I was an out of towner driving by when my car developed a problem. I had it towed to Schmidt. Knowing that I had 400 miles to go (coming home to Michigan from a long trip out west), the great folks in Service prioritized troubleshooting my issue (and they were BUSY), returning the car to me soon afterward to continue the trip. Matt Reid is a wonderful person to work with!!!!!! We drove all the way from Michigan to Salem Illinois (5 hours) to get our truck from Matt! We called 20 + dealerships in search of the specific truck we wanted and Matt was awesome from the very first phone call. We spoke several times on the phone had email contact and even text messaged us extra photos to make sure the truck was the right fit before making the drive. The truck was perfect and exactly how it was described. We were at the dealership maybe 30 minutes to finalize paperwork and headed back north without a hitch!

Only problem when they had the car ready for us to drive home, the tank was empty. Marty was so nice he gave my daughter 10.00 out of his own pocket to get gas to get home. (We live 40 minutes away).
