Bought a vehicle from here....barely. We found the car online and had no plans to shop around there. Our salesman was more concerned about what was going on around him and on the phone than the people sitting directly in front of him trying to buy a car. We made the comment that we were leaving and he changed his tune. The only reason we didn't walk out was because we got a great deal on the car. The whole process ended up taking less than an hour and that was nice. Overall I was pleased with the dealership, but the salesman should practice better customer service.

Had a great experience with Kenny and the guys at Max Dye. Even though the vehicle I wanted was not on their lot, I was assisted in every way possible to make it happen through them and I was happy to give a local dealer my business. Known the Dye's for years and happy to give them my business and will be my first stop in years to come.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been doing business with Max, Mike and Kenny since we moved to Salem 12 years ago. We have bought 4 vehicles from them and have had no problems. They also service all of our vehicles. Their service department keeps track of my vehicles and lets me know when something needs repaired. They are a great Christian owned business that I am proud to support. I recommend them to family and friends.
Stopped in on our way through town to get the air conditioning fixed. Unfortunately, too late in the day, but they got the van to limp along until we are home on Monday. Great help on an 80+ degree day. Staff was friendly and courteous.
