I could not imagine going anywhere other than Salem Travel. I have booked several trips and events through them and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Jeannell is nothing but a pleasure to business with. Not to mention always keeps her customers in mind when events come around that we maybe interested in!!! A++++ in my book!
Salem travel is amazing! We have taken two trips that we have booked through Salem Travel and they have taken care of everything for us! Even when the airline lost our reservations in the Dominican republic and made us buy two more tickets to come home, Salem Travel had it all fixed and our money back before we even got on the plane. (And on a Sunday, nonetheless) We will definitely comtinue to be repeat customers.
