Staff appeared friendly otherwise. Store looked nice with lots of inventory. Joe put a HOLD the truck for me for a week while I made travel arrangements to pick it up, despite others wanting to buy it. That was nice.
I asked their sales manager, Joe Wagner, about a truck they had for sale. I specifically asked, and he claimed it would be able to make a same day 4 hour return drive if I bought it. He said he didn't know anything specifically wrong with it. My friend and I drove 4.5 hours there just to find out it wouldn't start. There was an oil spot under the rear differential (it was shot!). The actual frame was rusted so badly, it was missing over half the C channel (not just surface rust, completely missing). Or was it a fully boxed frame missing 3 sides???

My husband and I purchased a used UTV. We drove three hours to get it. Took it home, not even 2r hours later when riding it a plug came out (was not tightened on their end) and locked up to motor. We took it back to them so they could do it. They had our machine 3 weeks, Yamaha good willed basically a whole new motor and the company put it back together for us. Two people then promised us to deliver it since we have already made a y hour tripboth ways twice. Come the day they were going to "return" it to us, they decided that they would only drive an hour and we had to drive the other two...the next day we go on a small ride and white smoke starts to come out of the tail pipe, the light comes on from being too hot, when coming to a stop the motor shuts off and won't turn over from all the white smoke from to coolant. Someone didn't put this motor back together correctly and the dealership won't do a damn thing about it, unless we bring it 6 hour round trip back to them, to just mess up our machine even more.
I came with cash and new insurance ready to buy. He lied to me. We had to drive 4.5 hours back empty handed. What a waste of my time and gas!!!!!
After 2 hours with their mechanic it finally started. It was leaking oil from both the valve covers so fast. It was just bubbling away. The oil was hitting the exhaust manifold and was smoking like crazy under the hood. Remember: he said he didn't know anyting wrong with it.
