Called for service and was told they would be by the next morning and I should be home. I waited all morning and had to call them, they told me they would be by that afternoon, still nothing. 4 days later they showed up and put a sump pump in and didn't turn it on but left for days. Poor service and zero reliability.
Excellent quick to respond and great service
We have had to have plumbers at our home on more than one occasion. The first time that we had T&S at our house the had to pull the stool and snake the drain because our clean out didn't go to that part of our home. They were prompt, came out to our home when they said they would, and we're very personable. When they were done, they explained that we had corroded cast iron plumbing in a small portion of our house that may need replaced to stop that side of our house from being clogged. That was the day before Easter. Two days after Christmas we called around to find someone able to come out T&S was the onthe next day. They ended up replacing a 10-12' piece of cast iron pipe for a VERY good price and in a very timely manner. I personally will call them for any plumbing issue that may arise in our home.
