Food is hot and miss. Sometimes you get what you order. Hit and miss on whether your good will be hot.
I've had A LOT of issues with this restaurant in the past but they're really improving. They have been bad about order accuracy and still make mistakes but now it isn't worse than any other fast food joint around here. Previously, using coupons here was like pulling teeth. They refused to take coupons from the newspaper from our neighboring town (Centralia Sentinel) claiming that they weren't local. They also gave resistance when I tried to use a coupon from corporate for a free salad. With the unveiling of the McDonald's app, I've not had any issues with them accepting mobile coupons. I haven't tried paper coupons since then.
Friendly service, quick to get it to you hot, but I tend to find something a tad bit off every few visits. Usually just something small like cheese when I ask for none, but they're human and they can get busy, so it doesn't usually bother me. They're fast though lately.
